ABCA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 912 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14, OSGEPL1, and C1QTNF9. Each is linked with ABCA7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA7-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14 grouped by ABCA7-low versus ABCA7-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
