Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCA6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABCA6 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ABCA6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ABCA6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
