ABCA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,931 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT18P14, NDC80, and SYNJ2BP-COX16. Each is linked with ABCA6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA6-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT18P14 grouped by ABCA6-low versus ABCA6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
