ABCA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, eEF2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with ABCA6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA6-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ABCA6-low versus ABCA6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
