The most reproducible ABCA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, Androgen receptor signaling pathway, and Cellular response to iron ion. Each is linked with ABCA6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA6-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA6 results are reported.
