Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,857 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRPD, TRIML1, and IAPP. Each is linked with ABCA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA6-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA6 results are reported.
