ABCA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,682 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HECTD1, TBX2_S360, and CROCC. Each is linked with ABCA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA5 versus HECTD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
