Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,583 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSL3, TOB1, and SLC22A15. Each is linked with ABCA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA5 versus ACSL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
