ABCA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,296 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35B1, CHAF1B, and OR8Q1P. Each is linked with ABCA5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC35B1 grouped by ABCA5-low versus ABCA5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
