ABCA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with ABCA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ABCA3-low versus ABCA3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
