ABCA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,157 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH4, OR13D1, and INSL5. Each is linked with ABCA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH4 grouped by ABCA3-low versus ABCA3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
