ABCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,707 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, GSKIP, and KCNIP2-AS1. Each is linked with ABCA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by ABCA2-low versus ABCA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
