Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, GAPDH, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ABCA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA2 results are reported.
