ABCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,807 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW7, SGCB, and CLDN24. Each is linked with ABCA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXW7 grouped by ABCA2-low versus ABCA2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
