Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCA13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABCA13 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ABCA13 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCA13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, READ, and ACC are the cancer types where ABCA13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
