Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCA12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABCA12 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ABCA12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCA12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

KICH, UCS, and BRCA are the cancer types where ABCA12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
