ABCA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, ATM, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with ABCA10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA10-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by ABCA10-low versus ABCA10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
