ABAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,786 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, BDH2, and LARP4_S583. Each is linked with ABAT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABAT-to-partner and partner-to-ABAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
