ABAT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,208 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A2, SKA1, and YWHAZ. Each is linked with ABAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABAT-to-partner and partner-to-ABAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
