ABAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, RFPL3, and RHOXF2. Each is linked with ABAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABAT-to-partner and partner-to-ABAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
