AATK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AATK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,349 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AATK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAIAP2, TPPP, and RACK1. Each is linked with AATK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AATK-to-partner and partner-to-AATK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AATK versus BAIAP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AATK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AATK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
