AATK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AATK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AATK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHACTR3, SLC1A4, and NDUFB10. Each is linked with AATK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AATK-to-partner and partner-to-AATK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AATK versus PHACTR3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AATK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AATK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
