AATK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AATK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AATK-associated genes across cancer lineages are beta-Catenin, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK2. Each is linked with AATK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AATK-to-partner and partner-to-AATK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, beta-Catenin grouped by AATK-low versus AATK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AATK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AATK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
