AATF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AATF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AATF-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eIF4E, and TFRC. Each is linked with AATF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AATF-to-partner and partner-to-AATF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by AATF-low versus AATF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AATF→partner) and Y-score (partner→AATF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
