AATF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AATF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,101 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AATF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD11, NLE1, and PSME3. Each is linked with AATF in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AATF-to-partner and partner-to-AATF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AATF versus PSMD11 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AATF→partner) and Y-score (partner→AATF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
