Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AASDHPPT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AASDHPPT data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher AASDHPPT Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AASDHPPT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, BRCA, and LGG are the cancer types where AASDHPPT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
