AASDHPPT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AASDHPPT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,488 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AASDHPPT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, MRE11, and ARHGEF12. Each is linked with AASDHPPT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AASDHPPT-to-partner and partner-to-AASDHPPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AASDHPPT versus RNF214 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AASDHPPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AASDHPPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
