AASDHPPT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AASDHPPT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,141 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AASDHPPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLAT, ZNF202, and NKAPD1. Each is linked with AASDHPPT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AASDHPPT-to-partner and partner-to-AASDHPPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AASDHPPT versus DLAT in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AASDHPPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AASDHPPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
