AASDH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AASDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,053 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AASDH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAICS, PPAT, and FKBP11. Each is linked with AASDH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AASDH-to-partner and partner-to-AASDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AASDH versus PAICS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AASDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AASDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
