AASDH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AASDH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,910 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AASDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL27, PARP15, and DMPK. Each is linked with AASDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AASDH-to-partner and partner-to-AASDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AASDH versus METTL27 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AASDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AASDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
