AAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23C, GABRA4, and PRKAG3. Each is linked with AAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAR2-to-partner and partner-to-AAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23C grouped by AAR2-low versus AAR2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
