AAMDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAMDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,547 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAMDC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1, RSF1_S604, and RSF1_S1359. Each is linked with AAMDC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAMDC-to-partner and partner-to-AAMDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AAMDC versus RSF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAMDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAMDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
