AAMDC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAMDC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,797 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAMDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SORBS1, PARD3B, and KANK2. Each is linked with AAMDC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAMDC-to-partner and partner-to-AAMDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AAMDC versus SORBS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAMDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAMDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
