AAMDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAMDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAMDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP302, SUMO2P15, and OR10G1P. Each is linked with AAMDC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAMDC-to-partner and partner-to-AAMDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP302 grouped by AAMDC-low versus AAMDC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AAMDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AAMDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
