Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAGAB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,909 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AAGAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIAO2A, CCNB2, and LEO1. Each is linked with AAGAB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAGAB-to-partner and partner-to-AAGAB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AAGAB versus CIAO2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
