Across TCGA patient cohorts, AAGAB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AAGAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with AAGAB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AAGAB-to-partner and partner-to-AAGAB results are reported.
