Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AADACL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AADACL2 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher AADACL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AADACL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where AADACL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
