Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AACSP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AACSP1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher AACSP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AACSP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and SKCM are the cancer types where AACSP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
