AACSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AACSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 873 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AACSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-899P, RN7SL74P, and RN7SL508P. Each is linked with AACSP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AACSP1-to-partner and partner-to-AACSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-899P grouped by AACSP1-low versus AACSP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AACSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AACSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
