AACSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AACSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AACSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are B-cells, CD4+ memory T-cells, and CD8+ T-cells. Each is linked with AACSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AACSP1-to-partner and partner-to-AACSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B-cells grouped by AACSP1-low versus AACSP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AACSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AACSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
