AACS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AACS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,255 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AACS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HIP1R, LAP3_S238, and GIT2_S614. Each is linked with AACS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AACS-to-partner and partner-to-AACS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AACS versus HIP1R in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AACS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AACS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
