Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AACS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,616 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AACS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PODN, TMED2, and MIR100HG. Each is linked with AACS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AACS-to-partner and partner-to-AACS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AACS versus PODN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AACS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AACS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
