AACS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AACS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,867 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AACS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6754, CA15P2, and LINC00351. Each is linked with AACS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AACS-to-partner and partner-to-AACS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6754 grouped by AACS-low versus AACS-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AACS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AACS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
