Across TCGA cell cohorts, AACS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,308 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AACS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ketone body biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with AACS in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AACS-to-partner and partner-to-AACS results are reported.
