AACS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AACS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AACS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, KRT6C, and GSTA5. Each is linked with AACS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AACS-to-partner and partner-to-AACS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE3 grouped by AACS-low versus AACS-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AACS→partner) and Y-score (partner→AACS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
