A4GALT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A4GALT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 633 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A4GALT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H10, RNY1P12, and MIR302A. Each is linked with A4GALT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A4GALT-to-partner and partner-to-A4GALT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, A4GALT versus ZC3H10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A4GALT→partner) and Y-score (partner→A4GALT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
