A4GALT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A4GALT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A4GALT-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with A4GALT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A4GALT-to-partner and partner-to-A4GALT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by A4GALT-low versus A4GALT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A4GALT→partner) and Y-score (partner→A4GALT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
