Across TCGA cell cohorts, A4GALT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,657 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible A4GALT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta production, Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, and Protein targeting to lysosome involved in chaperone-mediated autophagy. Each is linked with A4GALT in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A4GALT-to-partner and partner-to-A4GALT results are reported.
