A4GALT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, A4GALT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A4GALT-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, AQP12A, and DUSP29. Each is linked with A4GALT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A4GALT-to-partner and partner-to-A4GALT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by A4GALT-low versus A4GALT-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A4GALT→partner) and Y-score (partner→A4GALT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
