A2M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A2M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, SKA1, and KIAA0895. Each is linked with A2M in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A2M-to-partner and partner-to-A2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by A2M-low versus A2M-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→A2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
